what is the typical project timeline?
The planning and design stage typically ranges from 1-3 months depending on the size and complexity of the project. Regulatory review and permitting can take 3-18 months depending on project type and enrollment in a mitigation bank. Construction of initial project improvements can take a few weeks to a few months, with ongoing monitoring and maintenance for 2 to 8 years depending on landowner capabilities, project type and enrollment in a mitigation bank.
how much do your services cost?
Each project varies. Planning, design, and construction costs depend on size of the project and complexity of the issues. We provide our opinions on estimated costs before starting any phase of the project. And we will work with you to review funding options that may help offset your costs.
